Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following services to make your return experience as pleasant as possible.

Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for a return.
- Items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation.
- Item must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage.
- Set items can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund or size exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
- Special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns without prove of purchase and prove of item condition at the time of shipment received. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
- Shipping and duty fees are non-refundable.
Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.

- Buyer Pays for Return Shipping and duty.
– 100% Refunds are provided but ONLY with the following conditions:
- Items must be in the same condition as originally shipped and cannot be used.
- There should not be anything missing (Ex: Certificate, Box or Parts)
- If missing parts or Item is Used: Refund will NOT be provided.
- Shipping and duty fees are non-refundable. Only Product price is 100% Refundable.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or Email: [email protected] or Contact Us immediately with Proper Image and Video proof of unboxing. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Lorels.shop (USA). Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within three days of receipt of your order. Lorels.shop (USA) is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Refunds after Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How to Request Refund/Return
