Shipping:

All in stock orders that are received are usually dispatched within 24-48hrs from from our Supplier. All orders are, subject to security checks and payment clearances. Our standard delivery is 5-16 working days.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Once your order is packed, it’s usually handed over to a delivery service or courier service. The shipping process begins when the package leaves the supplier’s warehouse. After that we will send you tracking information through email or any other medium you mentioned during your order.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping : Free standard shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs, duty or taxes.

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Lorels does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
